Villa Caimito is a completely renovated and expanded estate property nestled in the tropical rain forest and positioned in one of the most private and secluded areas of Manuel Antonio. This Villa is surrounded by a tremendous amount of wildlife and conveniently located just minutes from Marina Pez Vela with its abundant shops and superb fishing and is only 5 minutes from Manuel Antonio’s main beach and very popular National Park. However, it is also walking distance to the very secluded beach of Playa La Mancha providing guests a unique experience as it is at times like having your own private beach. Each room is equipped with adjustable LED soffit lighting and the front bedrooms have a private ocean view terrace as well. Comfort meets luxury on the main floor where guests are able to relax with Smart TV technology or choose from a comfortable seat on the spacious balcony where they will be treated to ocean and jungle views. Accessed either internally or externally is the mid level apartment which includes 2 more bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and living area. These 3 floors make up the 7 bedroom option.

The lowest level of this Villa has an additional two bedrooms, each with a private bath and is also host to a covered open air bar and kitchenette area, flat screen TV and expansive deck area that overlooks the pool, whirlpool and rain forest. This area is very inviting to relax and watch the frequent wildlife crossing through the property. Make your night complete with a dip in the 8 person whirlpool while sipping on your favorite cocktail. Villa Caimito offers plenty of onsite parking if required.
