The name Casa Pakal comes from Pakal or Pakal “el Grande” who was the Governor of the Mayan lordship of B’aakal who ruled for 68 years (year 675 a.c.) and whose headquarters is now known as the archaeological zone of Palenque, located in the north of the Mexican state of Chiapas and whose territories comprised from Mexico to Panama. He dedicated himself to the construction of temples and the study of astronomy. The name also matches the name of the two owners of this house.

This incredibly designed 5 Bedrooms and 6.5 Bath home is conveniently located a few short miles from the world famous Manuel Antonio National Park with their pristine beaches while being walking distance to our local Bars, Restaurants, Souvenir shops, Groceries stores, ATM, Bus Stop and many other attractions.  With a beautiful and outstanding design, this Home is tastefully spread over 3 different floors.  The spacious main lobby is decorated with paintings from a local artist as well adorned with a wide variety of local plants and all furniture has been hand made by a local carpenter. There is parking for up to 5 vehicles.

On the second floor you will find 4 bedrooms which consist of 3 bedrooms with two twin beds each (that can be converted to King beds), and one bedroom with a Queen bed. Each suite is provided with their own private bathroom, Smart TVs, security box, bath products, terrace, Air Conditioned, High Speed WiFi, ceiling fan, and roll up curtains.

Going to the top floor you will find the grand Master bedroom with a king size bed and terrace with both jungle and ocean views. Also, the top floor consists of an infinity pool that garners magical ocean views, a fully equipped Kitchen equipped which includes all High Quality appliances, Quartz countertops and a big center rustic style table made from the best wood in the area.

Howler and Capuchin monkeys, colorful toucans, scarlet macaws and other countless species are very common around the house and the Villa comes complete with your own personal concierge manager and vacation coordinator who will help plan your magical vacation along with dedicated housekeeping throughout your stay.  You can even request a private Chef for as you won’t want to leave the villa.
