This magnificent villa is located in the privately gated community of La Reserva with its paver interior roads, lush landscaping, underground utilities, and a plethora of wildlife. From the moment that the security guard opens the gate to let you into this luxurious development, you will feel the comfort and relaxation as your vacation begins—all stress is left at the gate!

Situated on one of the most majestic lots in the community, Casa Contee is uniquely positioned and offers one of the best ocean views with perfect sunsets along with being one of very few Villas where you can see the waves crashing along the shoreline that travels for miles. You can also watch the boats leave and return to our World class Pez Vela Marina from the comfort of the living room, patio or even while taking a relaxing dip in the pool. This luxurious home will allow you to disconnect from everything and enjoy the incredible scenery and wildlife while being only a short distance from all of the great restaurants, night life, grocery stores and much more.

This multi-million dollar custom home was designed by the renowned architect, Andres Brenes, whose incredible vision brings an open concept that flows from inside to the expansive deck and pool area. The entire social area opens to the outdoors so that the cool ocean breeze allows the constant fresh jungle air to keep you cool even on our warmest days.

Casa Contee is adorned with 5 bedrooms and 6 full and one half-baths. All bedrooms are en-suite with 4 of them having king beds and the 5th consisting of two queen beds so the Villa can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. All linens are the finest quality that you would find in the most prestigious hotels. The entire Villa is fully air conditioned along with having multiple ceiling fans throughout to aid to your comfort levels. All bedrooms have smart TV’s and there is even one in the BBQ area so you can watch your game while you cook and gaze over the vast Pacific Ocean.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with every amenity that you would expect in a luxurious villa such as granite countertops, cabinets and woodwork using only the best Costa Rican wood, stainless steel appliances, ice maker, wine refrigerator, all required utensils, pots, pans and everything else that you may require. If you would like to cook outside but under cover, there is a large gas BBQ and bar area that is located adjacent to the surreal infinity pool and steps away from the living room and kitchen.

Casa Contee is centrally located and only 5 minutes away from our beautiful marina in one direction and 5 minutes away from our beautiful beaches which Trip Advisor ranked as one of the top 25 beaches in the world and our famous Manuel Antonio National Park which was also recognized as one of the top 12 Parks in the world by Forbes Magazine.
